Hair growth home remedy There is no reason why the oil itself should make your hair fall. What is possible is that you tend to be rough with your hair either when you are applying the oil or when washing it off. People often use too much force when applying oil to the scalp, and also feel that they have to be more forceful when shampooing oily hair. This is not necessary, and also ends up breaking and pulling out hair. Instead, when applying oil, you should massage your scalp very gently; and later when washing your hair, do so normally, but if necessary leave the shampoo in longer, or shampoo twice.
It is strange that your scalp is dry but your hair seems adequately oily. Try changing your shampoo and see if there is any improvement (without your hair becoming too oily). On the other hand, if you do not experience any itching or dandruff, you probably do not need to worry about a little dryness.
Regarding the thinning of your hair at the front, as long this is not hereditary or age related, regular hair care and a well rounded diet should be enough to solve the problem. If you are a male over the age of 35 though, it is quite likely that you are experiencing male pattern balding, for which there is no cure.
