Avoiding junk food caffeine alcohol and fatty foods for long dense hair

My hair is not growing. How to make hair long and dense?

Long and healthy hair is actually reflects your own health and good diet. Our hair is made up or a protein - keratine and amino acids in our body work towards building the keratin. On an average our hair grows about ½ an inch a month, but if you have good diet, health and hair hygiene, you can make your hair look fuller, healthier and longer soon. You can follow these tips for better hair growth: Avoid junk food, caffeine, alcohol, fatty and very sugary foods. Include ample intake of proteins in your diet like a glass of milk and egg everyday. Massage your scalp at least once a week. Get hot oil treatments to fortify hair shaft. Trim your hair often to prevent split ends. Always let your hair air-dry instead of using hair dryer. Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Get enough sleep. Take vitamins everyday. Use a mild leave-in conditioner to fasten hair follicles and avoid damage. Don't unnecessarily brush or comb hair. Don't use hot water. Save your hair from harsh sunlight, chlorine and salt water. Use deep conditioners if you have exposed your hair to any of these. When you sleep, don't let your hair entangle. Use a satin pillowcase.

All this will give you healthy and long hair. While it's true that you cannot you're your hair grow extremely fast, you can follow regime to make them healthier, fuller and longer in the due course. Based on your hair size, take coconut oil, mix 2-3 pieces of raw Indian gooseberry and massage your hair. Wash if off after about two hours. You can get shiny and strong hair by applying a paste of yogurt and egg yolk. Massaging coconut oil or olive oil at least two hours before taking bath also helps. Add henna to coconut milk or warm mustard oil and massage your hair with it, to improve blood circulation and help your hair to grow. Make a hair cleanser of one tablespoon Indian gooseberry and lemon juice each, with a little water added to it to make a thick paste. Use it for 2-3 weeks to stop hair loss and make your hair healthy. Another remedy is grinding one tablespoon black pepper and lemon seeds each and preparing a paste by mixing them both. Apply on hair and scalp, leave it on for 10-15 minutes and rinse of with cold water. Please note that these remedies may take a month or two to show results but they work for sure.
