When you say pieces of ribbed gourd should be dried in the shade do I peel off the skin of the ribbed gourd before using them to treat premature greying of hair?

In any case of remedy that involves using any kind of fruit or vegetable, keep in mind that you should never discard the peel. This is because the peel is where the concentrated juices of the fruit or vegetable always lie. This makes the peel part of the fruit or vegetable most effective. In the care and removal of grey hair, you can use ribbed gourd that is dried in the sun. Simply chop the vegetable roughly and lay it out on a flat surface to dry in the shade. This will ensure that it dries evenly. It is also equally important that you remember to remove the pieces from the outdoors once the sun has set. This is because once evening sets in, the pieces will cool again. If by any chance you leave them out overnight, you will notice that morning dew has collected on the pieces and you will simply have to dry them out in the sunny shade all over again. Once you have dried this vegetable completely, you can also powder it and store it. This form of the vegetable may be used all the time, even when the sun is not out.

You can also take care of premature graying hair by applying fresh onion juice to it. Onion juice is an excellent product for taking care of any problems associated with hair. It has particularly strong properties that will help to not only maintain the health of hair, it will also arrest growth of problems such as prematurely graying hair. You can also use a natural hair colorant such as henna for the purpose of dyeing your hair. Henna is particularly useful if you are leery of using chemical dyes. It is also available in three colors. You can buy henna powder that may stain your hair black, brown or red in color. You can buy this product at any store that sells natural or organic goods. It will also be quite easily available in stores that sell oriental goods. The method to use henna is to take two tablespoons of the powder and mix it into a paste like spreadable mixture with fresh yogurt and a few drops of lime juice added to it. This can be systematically applied and left on the hair for about 2 hours. It will add sheen and luster to your hair because henna is an excellent conditioner, and it will also provide color.
