You have not mentioned the reason why you have developed these stinging red and burning bumps on skin. This means that there could be any number of reasons why you are suffering from this particular problem. You have also not mentioned where exactly you have developed the bumps. This is always indicative of why they have come about. We will treat these stinging red bumps in two ways. One is to assume that they are a result of an internal problem. The other is to treat it as though it were a skin problem, therefore restricted to the surface of your skin. You can adopt whichever measures that apply to you. In order to determine what the exact nature of the problem is, you must get a medical examination. This will reveal what the root cause of the problem is. Once you know, you can adopt whichever course of action suits you. If you are troubled with surface problems, they can be attributed to allergies, acne or bites of some sort. In all cases, start exfoliating your skin about twice a week. This will help to remove the surface layer of infectious skin. In order to control the stinging, you can apply cooling cucumber juice to your skin. This will help to cool it down and soothe it as well. You can also apply a mix made of rose water and sandalwood to your bumps. This will also help to provide relief. Adding a pinch of turmeric powder to this mix will also help to heal your bumps to a large extent.

If your stinging bumps are caused as a manifestation of body heat, or a reaction to some drug you are taking, you need to work at cooling your body down internally. Make it a point to drink a glass of cucumber juice everyday. This will help to bring down your internal body temperature. Include large quantities of onions in your diet. This will also work in the same way. You can also start drinking large quantities of water. This will help to clear up your skin easily as well. It will also help to cleanse your skin by flushing out large quantities of toxins in the form of perspiration and urine from your body. It is essential you precede using any of these remedial measures with a medical examination and opinion. This will help you to improve your situation better and more accurately, and it will also help to heal your bumps quicker.
