Your query is too brief to provide any kind of diagnosis with any degree of certainty at all. You have not provided any kind of description - how big these spots are, how many of them there are, whether they are raised or inflamed in any way, whether there is pain, itching, or any other abnormal sensation, and so on. Red spots on the skin could be a symptom of any number of problems and such details help in determining what the cause is. Preferably, you should visit your doctor and let him or her take a look at the spots, as diagnosing such a problem without a physical examination is extremely difficult.

The red spots could of course be insect bites - in which case they would probably be hard lumps, and would itch a bit. However, this could be due to other factors too, and even insect bites are of many different types. Calamine lotion is usually an effective treatment for most insect bites, but obviously, if the bite marks continue to appear then you need to eliminate the insects from your surroundings.

You could also have some kind of rash, which could be due to some simple irritation from any material in your environment, or a reaction to some substance that you are allergic to. Try to notice whether the red spots appear only at certain times and under certain circumstances, and if this is the case, try to notice a link between the appearance of the spots and the food you consume or the materials and items you handle. If you have difficulty identifying the substance that you are allergic to, you may need to visit an allergy specialist, so that tests can be performed. Once you have determined your allergen (or allergens, as there are probably several), the best course of action will be to completely avoid all contact with them. If this is not possible, you can explore treatment options for your allergy.

There are a number of other skin conditions that could cause a rash to appear, including several types of dermatitis, some kinds of eczema, and so on. The treatment for each of these problems will of course be different. This is why it is better not to try any diagnosis treatment on your own, as what works for one problem may aggravate another - if you misdiagnose your problem, you may end up making it worse.
