I am dark and I want to become fair, what are the fairness products available in the market?

There are several fairness products in the market that promise instant fairness. However, you should try and avoid using those unless you are sure that they work. Instead, you can try some home remedies to help become fair. The first precaution you should take is to ensure that your face is not exposed to the sun. Use an umbrella or a hat to protect your face from the sun. Long sleeved clothes help ensure that your hands don't get tanned. Apply lemon juice on your face regularly. You can also add a few drops of honey to the lemon juice and apply this on your face. A teaspoon of milk cream, with a pinch of turmeric powder mixed in it, can be applied on your face and allowed to dry. This keeps your skin soft and supple. You can also mix one teaspoon of gram flour with a pinch of turmeric and some drops of milk apply this paste on your face, neck and even hands. This will soon dry and can be washed away with some water. You can also mix one tablespoon of oatmeal with some drops of honey, a few drops of lemon juice and some yogurt.

Aloe Vera is one of the most effective natural products when it comes to skin care. Apply the Aloe Vera gel on your face, hands and neck at bedtime. A mixture of sandalwood powder and some drops of rose water can also be applied to your face at bedtime. You can make an easy face mask at home by grinding pieces of dried orange peel with some milk and applying this on your face. While these remedies can help your skin look better, you will find that eating right and keeping regular habits are far more effective in developing a healthy skin. For this reason you should drink lots of water, fruit juices and buttermilk. Food that is oily, spicy and fried should be avoided, as far as possible. Good hygiene and good personal habits all help in keeping you looking healthy. You should ensure that you are never constipated since this is the root of most problems. For this you will have to ensure that you eat plenty of raw vegetables and fresh fruit. Drink a cup of warm milk at bedtime. Eat food that has been cooked in very little oil and try and eat vegetables more than meat. Sweets, chocolates, carbonated drinks should all be completely avoided.
