I am not sure exactly what you mean by "spoilt", but the darkening of the skin on the tops of your feet is probably a simple tan. If you tend to wear open shoes a lot, then this is certainly the cause of the dark skin or dark spots on feet and you will probably also have clearly visible tan lines where the straps of your favorite pair run. The only way to lighten your skin where you are having dark patches on the feet is to wear closed shoes more often. It is not possible to simply get rid of a tan by using a cream or home remedy, although many skin lightening creams and home remedies make such claims. When your skin is exposed to sunlight, it produces more of the pigment melanin, and thus becomes darker. When exposure to sunlight is reduced, the skin gradually gets rid of the excess melanin and returns to its natural color. This process can take several months, depending upon how dark your skin has become, but eventually the tan will disappear.

However, the color of your feet is probably not the real reason your feet look bad. It might look a bit odd if your feet are dark and the rest of your skin is light, but dryness and accumulated dead skin will cause your feet to look much worse. I assume that this is what you mean when you say the skin on your feet is spoilt. This is a very common problem, especially among people who tend to wear open footwear a lot. Your feet end up being exposed through most of the day, collecting dust and dirt, and losing moisture. Occasionally wearing closed footwear will help with this problem too, but in addition, some basic foot care will improve things a lot. To reduce dark spots on your feet you need to exfoliate the skin of your feet on a regular basis - this can be done by using a special brush on the tops of your feet, and a pumice stone on your soles. This will help get rid of the top layer of skin, which is mostly dead cells, and allow new, soft skin to come to the surface. In addition, after you bathe, you need to moisturize your feet. You can first try using a simple moisturizing lotion, but if this doesn't seem to be enough, you can use a thicker cream, or petroleum jelly. However, note that the thicker moisturizers will probably leave your feet a bit sticky, and they will tend to attract a lot more dirt if they are open.
