Remedies for pimples If your scalp is dry you can try massaging it regularly but gently, as this tends to stimulate blood circulation and the function of the sebaceous glands on the scalp. With regard to the effect that oil seems to have, this is probably only a perceived difference – when you oil your hair, due to the stickiness, “fallen” hair may not actually fall off your head until you wash your hair. As you probably know, some amount of hair fall is completely normal for everyone. There is no real reason why oil should cause your hair to fall, but if you like, you can try changing the oil you use, and see if there is any difference.
You haven't mentioned your sex or age, but if your hair is thin in the front and the top, this is probably the beginning of what is known as male pattern baldness. If you are a man over the age of 35, this is quite likely to be the cause, although women also experience similar thinning of hair at the same age, and sometimes even younger men experience this problem. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done to control or reverse male pattern baldness, so you will just need to accept the fact that you are beginning to lose hair. There is no way to regrow hair that has fallen, and no way to stop hair loss.
