It is unclear from your question what type of spot it may be. Unless more specific details are obtained, it is difficult to suggest anything effectively. The first thing to do is to find out the cause of these brown spots (or is it just one spot?) and then start remedy accordingly. In all probability, this may be a temporary and benign spot, which should go away on its own. However, if the brown spots are itchy, painful, or do not show any sign of disappearing, you should consult a dermatologist and get it diagnosed properly.

Anyway, you can meanwhile try a few home remedies to fade the brown spots. Take a bucket of warm water, mix a spoonful of hydrogen peroxide, and then soak your legs in it. This is a good method to treat any skin discoloration and also to soothe the skin. You can also use lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to fade the brown spots. Soak a cotton ball in lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and gently swab over the brown spots. This method may take time to bring effect, so do this regularly a few times a day for about a few weeks. Another good remedy to treat any skin blemishes or spots is to rub freshly cut vegetables on the affected area. You can take slices of tomato, cucumber, or potato and rub them gently on your spots. You can also use a scrub of ground orange peel and apply it on the brown spots. This will help exfoliate the dead cells from the skin and make the spot fade away. Clay masks are also good for exfoliating the skin. Take Fuller's earth and mix it with water to make a paste, and then apply it on the brown spots. Leave the paste to dry up completely and then wash off with cold water.

Apart from home remedies, you should make some dietary and lifestyle changes. Eat nutritious food, drink plenty of water, and do some mild exercise daily. Your diet should include sufficient amount of green vegetables and fresh fruits, along with whole grains, cereals, nuts, sprouts, etc. Avoid eating processed foods, caffeinated drinks, and smoking. It is also important to maintain proper hygiene and choose proper clothing. Cotton clothing is better suited for skin and therefore should be preferred over synthetic or nylon materials. Finally, make sure that the cosmetics, soaps, and detergents that you use do not affect your skin adversely. If anything feels unsuitable for the skin, avoid using it altogether.
