It takes time to have beautiful and glowing skin if you face skin is sensitive

Please can you suggest me home made daily routine to take care of my very sensitive skinned face and make it glowing? It is very urgent, thanks.

The first thing you should know is that there are no short cuts which will allow you to get beautiful and glowing skin. It will take time to achieve this and you will have to also devote a lot of work to make it possible. In particular, if you have sensitive skin, you should be extremely careful with whatever you use on the skin. The first thing you should do is stop using inorganic products, as these contain chemicals which may react with particularly sensitive skin. Try to stick to organic or natural products only, as these will work best for your skin. You should also try to use a soap free cleanser as opposed to face wash. Your daily routine should be to clean your face with the cleanser each night and then apply a gentle and grease free moisturizer. This should preferably be organic too. If you cannot find an organic product to suit your skin, you can also use pure olive oil instead. Once a week, you should exfoliate your skin with a gentle and mild exfoliating scrub. You can also make one at home with 10 coarsely ground walnuts, a tablespoon each of yogurt and olive oil and some sugar crystals. This will suit all skin types. You can scrub your face till the sugar crystals melt away and the walnuts become soggy. This should not take more than about 10 minutes. This routine will help to remove the top layer of dead skin cells from your face and will add a shine to your skin. After this, you can apply a face mask made with sandalwood powder, rose water and a few drops of lime juice. This will make your skin glow and appear healthy.

You should also try to exercise daily, as this is important for your general well being as well. Exercise also has the capacity to open your skin pores and enable your skin to breathe better. It is also a great way to rejuvenate skin as it will detoxify your system and a clean and healthy internal body will manifest on your face as well. You should also watch what you eat meticulously. Oily and spicy food will tend to make your skin greasy and may also result in you getting pimples. Eat more of unprocessed and fresh fruits and vegetables for healthy skin. Another equally important factor fro good skin is adequate and undisturbed sleep.
