Natural cures for pimples
These are two different, unrelated problems — the dry, itchy skin is one problem, while the acne is another. Let's address the milder problem first — the dry and itchy skin. The itchiness is basically due to the skin being dry, so if you address the dryness, the itching will stop too. You can simply use a moisturizing cream or lotion for your body, paying particular attention to the areas that are dry and itchy. You should do this soon after you bathe, to trap the moisture that your skin has already absorbed. Find a cream that works for you, preferably one that is thick.
Coming to the problem of acne and pimples, this one is a bit more tricky. Acne affects many people your age, and in many cases it refuses to go away no matter what treatment is used. The good news however is that it starts to get milder after you cross the age of 20, and gradually disappears. Hopefully though, you will not have to wait that long. First of all, make sure that you do not scratch or pluck at your pimples, as this can cause infection, leave scars, and cause more pimples to break out. Wash your face with plain water several times a day, and make sure that you drink enough water as well. Finally, use an over the counter cream that contains salicylic acid, or if you want a natural treatment, a mixture of honey, lemon juice, and turmeric powder. Note that the treatment may take several weeks to work, so you need to keep at it regularly for at least a month before you see any results.
