Following the basic routine of eating properly and sleeping on time alone cannot ensure that you will have healthy and strong hair which does not fall at all. In order to take care of the problem of falling hair, there are some basic routines of maintenance that you would need to follow on a regular basis. If you have only recently started losing hair, then the first thing you should be doing is trying to figure out the reason why this is happening. There are various possibilities you should consider. The first of them could be your age. You should be aware that after the age of 30 years, you will experience a certain amount of change with your hair. It could get thinner, there may be changes in texture and quality, hair may fall a bit more or even start turning white. However, this would not really happen in any alarmingly great amounts. A small and manageable change is normal, but if you have started losing large amounts of hair suddenly, then there could be something else responsible for it. Environment is another thing you should check. If you are in an excessively polluted place, this could also cause hair fall. Pollution can coat your scalp and not allow your hair and skin to get fresh air, which normally helps with boosting circulation, and thus helps with you getting better hair.

Another reason that you are experiencing hair fall could also be a lack of proper hair care and maintenance. You should ensure that you hair is well nourished and conditioned, kept clean and free of oiliness at all times. This is the best way to make sure that you have beautiful and healthy hair. The best way to provide nourishment to your hair is to add it topically as well as make simple changes to your diet. Vitamin A is a good way to get your hair to grow and remain healthy. You need to increase your intake of this nutrient. Carrots, spinach and collard are some of the rich sources of this nutrient. Add these to your diet and you will notice a slow and gradual difference. Topically, you can start applying hair oil to take care of providing nutrition to your hair. Leaving hair oil in your scalp overnight is a good way to ensure that your hair and scalp are getting all the nutrition they need. You can choose between olive, coconut, lavender, almond and evening primrose oil. Any of these will be supportive.
