If you have a profusion of hair on these areas, then you are better off getting rid of them all. You have not mentioned whether you are male or female. This is also important in the methods you will end up using to get rid of all this hair. It is easier for ladies to use methods such as waxing or using cream based hair removing lotions than it is for men. There is no physical reason for this - just that these are not really considered to be "manly' procedures. Otherwise, there is absolutely no reason why men cannot use these methods as well. If you are fine with it, you could try readymade waxing strips as this will eliminate the need for heating and applying hot wax as this can be quite a messy process for a first timer. You will be able to use it in the privacy of your bathroom and no one will be any the wiser. In general though, men prefer to shave in order to get rid of excessive hair. Women avoid shaving, especially on areas such as the stomach and back because once you shave in these places, the hair that tends to grow back is usually coarse. In any case, if you do not wish to use these methods to remove hair and are more inclined towards using natural or organic solutions, then you should be aware that this will be a long and arduous process. There is no easy natural way to get rid of hair that grows freely on the body.

A method you can employ daily is to apply a layer of Fuller's Earth to the affected areas. Wait till it just begins to dry and then rub it off your skin gently. Do not use force, as Fuller's Earth tends to dry in crusts and you may well end up hurting yourself. This is a good way to keep removing hair from any part of your body on a regular basis. The use of Fuller's Earth will also make sure that your skin remains soft and unblemished. You can alternately use a body polish paste made with three tablespoons of gram flour, enough fresh yogurt to make it runny and easily applicable, a pinch each of sandalwood and turmeric powders. This can be applied and left till it begins to dry. Then, you need to use the palm of your hand to forcefully rub this off your skin. This is not going to be easy or painless, and you should know that in advance. It will cause some amount of discomfort and will take time. But this is an excellent way to remove body hair from the roots and to keep your skin smooth at the same time as well.
