You need to provide more information about your symptoms in order to get a proper diagnosis. Skin infections are of many types - it is not clear whether you have a blister, a rash, a combination of the two, and if there are other symptoms such as itching, burning, and pain. However, in general, most such infections can be handled by keeping the area dry and clean, as long as the infection is minor and in the initial stages. Once an infection has become chronic and/or severe, you may need to visit a doctor for treatment, which could include topical and oral medications.

For now, you should simply be very particular about hygiene. You must change your underwear at least once a day, and possibly more if you sweat a lot or if you spend a lot of time in dusty or dirty surroundings. Also ensure that both your underwear and your clothes are made of natural fibers such as cotton, as far as this is possible. This is particularly important for your underwear.

You need to wash your genitals and the surrounding skin several times a day in order to prevent the build up of sweat, oil, and dirt, as well as the fungi or bacteria that could be causing the infection. You can use soap a couple of times, but do not use it for every wash, as it will dry out the skin excessively, and could also irritate your skin. Most of the washes should be with plain water. If you use soap, try to use an antibacterial and antifungal soap. After each wash, you should dry your skin thoroughly before you dress up. This is very important, as any persisting moisture will allow the infection to continue, and perhaps even get worse. You should ideally use plain white, unscented tissue paper to wipe yourself dry. Scented or printed tissue paper may contain chemicals that will irritate your already sensitive skin, and using a towel will result in the fungi or bacteria multiplying on the moist cloth, and then being transferred back to your skin the next time you use the towel. After you have dried yourself, you can also apply a little antifungal powder, which should be easily available over the counter at any chemist. At night, and if possible, whenever you are at home, avoid wearing underwear, so that the genital area stays as dry as possible.
