Hair break remedies
my hair r rough they break easily and i am loosing my hair frequently

Alternative Treatment for Hair Break
For rough hair that breaks easily, the verdict is that you have excessively dry and brittle hair. There are some excellent home remedies that can help you. To begin with, you must avoid using hair dryers, irons and fine-toothed combs, as these have a tendency to tug at and break your hair. Massage your scalp with warm almond or olive oil at night and wash it the next morning. This will strengthen your hair from the roots. To encourage new hair growth, make a mix of fresh onion juice and egg yolks and apply them to your hair and scalp. Leave this on for about half an hour and wash with a mild shampoo.
Make a mix of a cup of black gram powder and two tablespoons of fenugreek seed powder with half cup yogurt. Apply this on the scalp and hair and leave it for two hours before rinsing. This will encourage strand strength and also effectively condition your hair. Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight and massage the water into your scalp the next morning. Leave this on till it dries and then rinse. This will ensure that your hair fall stops at once. Do keep in mind that you would need to follow all these procedures for at least a month before you can see positive results.
