Your description of your problem is not entirely clear, but what is certain is that you have multiple issues with your skin, and not all of them are minor ones. It is therefore advisable that you visit a doctor for treatment. It will take a physical examination to diagnose the kind of problems you seem to have, and only then will it be possible to prescribe effective treatment.
Blackheads are usually a simple problem, and in many cases, home remedies and simple skin care measures can minimize the number of blackheads and the frequency with which they occur. However, blackheads usually occur on the facial skin, and not on the ears. Therefore before you try any treatment, you need to be sure that you are indeed suffering from blackheads and not from some other problem. If you do actually have blackheads on your ears, then you need to start a regular regimen of cleansing and exfoliation. Blackheads form when skin pores get blocked by dead skin cells, and the only way to prevent them is to get rid of dead skin cells. You can use a commercially available cleanser and exfoliating lotion, or else you can make one yourself. For a cleanser, you can simply use lemon juice or apple cider vinegar - if you like you can dilute these a bit by adding an equal amount of water. To get rid of dead skin cells, you can follow this up by scrubbing your skin with oatmeal that has been soaked in milk. Alternatively, you can use a mixture of rice flour and sandalwood powder in a teaspoon of honey. Regular use of these treatments should reduce the number of blackheads on your ears, and they will eventually disappear completely. Note however that this may take a couple of months to happen.
The other problems that you mention - red spots and constant itching - could have a number of possible causes. It is better not to use any treatment for them, including home remedies, till you have consulted a doctor. You could simply have a bad case of acne, or else you may have an allergic rash or some kind of skin condition. For now, the only safe way to handle the itching is to apply a cold compress on the affected skin. This can be done by dipping a soft, clean cloth in cold water, or else by wrapping ice in the same cloth or in a plastic bag.
