There is a lot you can do to keep your skin clear, smooth, and beautiful. However, it would help if you mentioned exactly why you do not want to use creams. What exactly happens when you use moisturizing creams and lotions on your face? It is also not clear exactly what the problem is with your skin. It seems that you already have oily skin and pimples, and if this is the case, then you should certainly avoid using creams, as these will only make your skin oilier. However, oily skin is usually smooth and soft, and is not prone to wrinkles and roughness as dry skin is, so if you have a combination of all these problems, it will be better for you to visit a skin specialist.

In order to manage oily skin, it is important that you wash your face frequently to get rid of the excess oil. This excess oil also tends to accumulate dead skin cells, which end up blocking pores and causing pimples. To some extent, washing can address both these problems. However, you should avoid using soap each time you wash - many people make this mistake, and then find that it only worsens the problem. It may seem like a good idea to use soap to get rid of all the oil on your skin, but what this does is make your skin produce even more oil to fight the resulting dryness. As a result, your skin will be temporarily dry just after you have washed it, but it will eventually get oilier than before. Instead, you can use a face wash a couple of times a day, but apart from this, simply use plain water to wash your face.

If this does not seem to be enough (you can try it for two weeks to begin with), you should also start using a cleanser daily. If possible, get a cleanser that is meant especially for oily skin. Such cleansers typically include a light moisturizer, so as to avoid leaving the skin completely dry. If you cannot find such a cleanser, you can use a regular cleanser, but follow it up with a small amount of light moisturizing lotion (not cream). Once or twice a week, you can also mix a little honey and lemon juice, apply the mixture on your face, leave it on for a few minutes, and then wash it off with plain or slightly warm water.
