Naturally, exercise is the best way to go about tightening belly skin. However, there are also a couple of other things you could do in order to achieve the same effect. One is massage. If you can manage it, get a belly massage done daily for about two months, and more if you can manage it. You can use mustard oil for best results. A daily massage will ensure that the skin becomes taut and that your muscles also get help to develop along the way. Mustard oil also has excellent medicinal properties which will help to keep your skin healthy and glowing. Apart from this, you must also make sure that you get in ample exercise to keep your belly tones. Keep in mind that this is not about the skin as much as it is about muscles. If you are a lady and are looking to tighten your skin post delivery, then you would do well to concentrate on your whole body. When you target the entire body and attempt to tone up everywhere, it becomes more effective. And you will also be able to lose weight and tone up effectively on your stomach automatically. Of course, this will take a while to achieve. But you must ensure that you stick to your regimen,

To tone your belly, the best thing you can do are stomach crunches. If you are not used to doing this, start with one and increase one each day as you go along. This is the fastest method to lose weight as well as tone up effectively. You can also begin with Yoga. The best asana to do for losing weight on the belly is Bhujang Asana. Lie on your stomach and raise your face off the ground as much as you can. To begin with, keep your palms flat on the ground near your shoulders and use them to push yourself up. Maintain posture and count till 10. Slowly release your posture and come back down. The second stage of this asana is to bring your palms close to your belly, and use them to push your torso up. This cannot always be achieved the first time, so do not even try. But doing this asana regularly will not only help you to tone your stomach but also your belly muscles. The other helpful thing is lying on your back and cycling in the air. Try these methods regularly to see the difference.
