Hair growing tips There are no magic remedies available that could give you a sudden spurt in hair growth in a period of six months. How fast or slowly your hair grows would depend completely upon the rate of growth your hair normally has. Normally, human head hair, especially at the age of 13 years, has a tendency to grow at the rate of about an inch in a month. Which means you should not have any problems reaching your target length of hair. There are some simple remedies you can follow at home so that you ensure your hair grows as well.
The first thing to do is to stop using hair dryers or any kind of curling or straightening irons. These will weaken your hair, thus leading to more hair fall than normal. You must start a routine of oiling your hair thrice a week. Leave the oil on overnight and wash it off in the morning with your regular shampoo. You can use coconut, olive, almond or castor oil. Soak a few fenugreek (fenugreek seeds) seeds overnight in a glass of water and apply this water to your scalp the next morning. Let it dry out and then wash off with water. This will ensure good hair growth and strengthening of strands over a period of six months.
