The description you have provided indicated that you have extremely light colored skin. It also seems to indicate that your skin is over sensitive. Skin that tends to darken at the slightest exposure to heat, such as the sun, hot showers or even gentle rubbing, is usually classified as over sensitive skin. If you have this kind of skin, you should know right at the start that there is very little you can do about the reddening of your skin at these vague times. There is a scientific reason why you are facing these problems of constant redness. When people have delicate and sensitive skin, their body formulation is such that at the slightest hint of any trauma, there is a rush of blood to the troubled spot. This is the body's natural response when we are injured - the blood will come rushing at the point of injury. If the skin splits open at this point, then the blood will rush out too. When skin is extra delicate, then the blood rushes to the area of plausible or perceived injury. But since there is no injury, the blood stays there for a while before dispersing away again. This is probably the reason why your face gets red all the time, due to the vaguest of reasons.

To tackle the second part of the problem - getting blemishes and dark spots - you can take some simple measures to get rid of these. Application of tomato juice on a daily basis will take care of the dark spots you are troubled with. You can also apply the juice of any citrus fruit for similar results. These will work by mildly bleaching your skin and taking care of the blemishes. Keep in mind that this may take a few days to happen. Be patient and continue with the routine. You can also apply diluted organic apple cider vinegar to the dark spots to lighten them. Use one part of vinegar to 5 parts of water. A word of caution: since you have such sensitive skin, you should try using this on one part of your skin first, before you apply it to your entire face. If you are allergic, this may have unpleasant results. You can also make it a point to apply a paste made with fresh milk cream to which a few strands of saffron have been added. This should be kept overnight and applied the next morning for best results.
