Spots that are made with bleach can only be taken off with time. If you have been using chemical bleach, in particular, then the spots will take a long time to go. Meanwhile, you can follow some nature based methods at home to try and get rid of your dark spots. The first thing to do, naturally, is to stop using the leach at once. This will stop the spots from darkening further to begin with. Although this may result in you looking unattractive for a while, be patient. If you continue to strictly use the methods described here, it will take about a month or two for your skin to retain its evenness. To begin with, follow a daily routine of deep cleansing. Take a tomato chopped into two and scrub your face with this very thoroughly for about five minutes. Do this every day fro a month. You will notice the difference yourself. As an alternative, you can also use a large piece of cucumber or apply cucumber juice the same way. These two products will help to tone your skin as well as even out the skin tone by mildly bleaching your whole face instead of focusing on any particular area.

Get in a facial about once a week. This is required for your skin, which has in all probability become severely dry and dehydrated due to overuse of chemical bleach. Opt for a hydrating and moisturizing facial. For a face pack, you can use a paste made with equal parts of pineapple and papaya. Both of these products will lend an element of freshness to your skin. You can also add a bit of sandalwood powder to this face pack. This product will also help to replenish your skin with the essential oils it has lost. You must also make it a point to moisturize your skin everyday. The best times to do this are before bedtime and after your morning bath. For the night at least, you should use olive oil. This is a deep moisturizing element and it also has nourishing as well as healing properties. It will help your skin greatly. During the day, make sure you use a non greasy moisturizer. This will help to keep your face cleaner by attracting less dirt and grime. The important thing about all of these treatment suggestions is that you should try and make them a part of your daily routine and lifestyle.
