If you have blisters on your feet, then you probably have bubbles which have appeared in clusters. These are usually filled with fluid. These blisters are usually caused due to friction. If your footwear is not comfortable, this could be causing the blisters to appear on your legs. You should first of all try to change your footwear, in order to determine the exact cause of the blisters. You should not wear very tight shoes. If possible wear open sandals. If this is not possible due to your job considerations, then you should check to see if your shoes are so tight that they are chafing against your skin. If this is the case, invest in a pair of well-fitting shoes. It has also been found that if the soles of the shoes are worn, they can cause blisters. You should get your shoes repaired as soon as they become old. Your choice of socks can also cause blisters. If your socks don't fit well, then they tend to bunch in one spot. Bunched up socks can cause blisters. You should also avoid wearing socks that have holes in them. Your socks should be able to soak moisture and for this reason it is advisable to wear cotton socks rather than those made of synthetic fabric. Take off your shoes and socks whenever possible and allow your feet to breathe. It is absolutely essential that you prevent any further friction on the already existing sores. For this reason you can protect the sores with a bandage. This will protect the blister from further pain and allow it to be healed.
In addition to these steps you should also pay attention to your diet and your personal hygiene. Very often boils and sores are manifestations of some problem inside your body. For this reason it is necessary to ensure that you are not constipated. Drink water and fruit juices through the day. Drink half a cup of hot milk at bedtime to ensure that you are not constipated. You should eat vegetables and fruits and stay away from spicy food. White flour, sugar and cheese are other things that you should avoid. Beverages like tea and coffee should be drunk in moderation while you should try and avoid consuming alcohol. Keep the blisters clean and avoid touching them often or pulling away at any loose skin. Go to a doctor if the sores seem to be spreading to other parts of your body or if the fluid turns yellow or becomes infected.
