Natural Treatment for Healthy Hair
Long, healthy hair adds glamour to woman's beauty. Unfortunately, you have lost your long hair due to some problems. But, nothing to worry, you can get back your long and healthy hair by some remedies. You should have plenty of water and balanced, healthy diet including fresh fruits and vegetables. Regular hair massage with olive, almond, coconut or jojoba oil is found to be beneficial for long and healthy hair. Keep your hair clean by shampooing 2-3 times in a week. Conditioning of your hair is very essential after shampooing. Trimming your hair every 2-3 months is necessary which will help to get rid of split ends and enhance rapid hair growth.
Now let's turn to your second question. Here are some beauty tips for glowing face. You can try some of following home remedies for glowing face. Apply the mixture of mashed banana and milk on face for 20 minutes and then wash off with cool water. Apply honey on the face for about 20 minutes and then wash it with cold water. It will smoothen and soften you skin. Application of mixture of honey and egg white is also found to be beneficial. Make a paste out of honey, one teaspoon of walnut powder and lemon juice and scrub on your face. Apply it for 20 minutes then wash it off.

It could be that you are under extreme stress, which is always a cause of deterioration in hair quantity and quality. Otherwise, it could be a prolonged use of hair dryers and harsh shampoos that has damaged your hair. You must also oil your hair and scalp at least once a week, leave it on overnight and wash the next morning. Coconut and almond oil are usually the best for healthy hair. For a glowing complexion, the best thing is a good night's sleep. You must also never forget to moisturize your face before bedtime. This will maintain a healthy glow in your skin.

For your face, you can use a mixture of sandalwood powder and milk. Apply this mixture to your face and leave it for at least half an hour, after which you can wash it off and splash rose water on your face.
