Advice on Shampooing Hair Everyday
It is very necessary to keep the hair clean to maintain their health. Shampooing is the most commonly used method to clean the hair. It helps to remove the dirt, dandruff and excessive oil from your hair. Dirt and dandruff can cause hair loss. Hence, regular shampooing is essential for healthy hair. The question is that how many times shampoo should be used in a week. Many people tend to apply olive, almond or coconut oil on hair at night and then shampoo the hair in the morning. However, it is recommended that daily shampooing hair should be avoided. It can remove the natural oil in the hair follicles and make the hair dry. It can give rise to hair fall. Over-shampooing of hair can weaken the hair roots which can lead to hair loss. Therefore, it is recommended that you should shampoo your hair 2-3 times in a week. Before you shampoo, don't forget to massage the hair using olive, coconut or almond oil. Apply good quality conditioner after shampooing. For frizzy hair, you should use a deep conditioning treatment to soften the hair. You should select the cream conditioners. Always use a wide-tooth comb which can smooth the hair without causing frizz. If you need to wash your hair everyday, then avoid shampoo and apply only conditioner.

Advice on every day shampoo on hair Using shampoo everyday would largely depend upon your reasons for doing so. If you are working or living in an environment where there is excessive dirt, dust and pollution, and your hair gets dirty everyday, then it makes sense to wash it everyday with a shampoo. Otherwise, there is no reason to do so. The reason for this is that shampoo contains soap, and soap will rob your scalp of its natural moisture, thus leading to a variety of problems. The most common problems when you have a dry scalp are those of thinning hair, extremely dry hair and a general slowdown of hair growth.
If you are using shampoo everyday already, then it is quite possible that this is the reason for your frizzy hair. Hair will become frizzy when it is excessively dry and also when there is mid-strand breakage. Sometimes, when your hair strands are not adequately nourished, they will weaken and break mid-length. This will result in the remaining strand of hair becoming frizzy. One way of preventing this is to make certain that your hair is well conditioned and nourished at all times. You can use any conditioner off the shelf which is specially formulated for dry hair and this will work well for you. You must also follow a weekly routine of oiling your hair and scalp. This will help tremendously.

Shampoo Treatment for Frizzy Hair
Whether or not you should shampoo everyday depends on your hair type. Since you say that you have frizzy hair, it is probably not a good idea to shampoo daily, especially if the frizziness is partly due to the hair being dry. Shampooing tends to remove the natural oils that are produced by the scalp, making the hair dry and unmanageable. You should try shampooing every alternate day, or even every third day. Basically, you need to find the frequency that works for you.
If your hair is exposed to a lot of dust and pollution, shampooing every alternate day or less often may not be possible. If this is the case and you need to wash your hair daily, you should find a milder shampoo that does not dry your hair too much. If possible, cover your hair when you go outside, so that the need to wash it daily does not arise at all.
In addition, you should use a conditioner to make your hair smoother, softer, and shinier. If your hair is naturally frizzy, there is nothing you can do to change it, but using a conditioner will still make it more manageable. In addition, once a week or so, you can try using a natural conditioner such as coconut or olive oil, lime juice, or egg yolk. These of course need to be applied before you wash your hair.
