Advice on Hair Style

Ankita, you are lucky that your face is oval shaped which is considered as ideal face shape. The oval face is known as the most versatile face. People with an oval face shape can have variety of hair cut styles and lengths. Any hair style is suitable for such face. Balanced oval shape of the face is perfect for layered, bobbed, long or short hair styles. You may go for short, medium or long hair cut styles. However, you should also consider your facial features. You should avoid more forward-directed hairstyles and heavy bangs. As your hair is curly and thin, I will suggest you that layered hair cuts are most suitable for your hair. It will also help to offer volume to your hair. You can select long-layers or short hairs as per your personal preference. Since your hair is thin, you may think about the hair style that can enhance your hair volume. As your hair is curly, you should get them trimmed every 4-6 weeks to prevent frizzy and spilt ends

Hair style advice

For an oval shaped face, the best thing to do is to have a short blunt cut that frames your face. This will enhance your cheekbones and make your face look longer and prettier. There are several styles for curly hair you can use that will enhance your features and the shape of your face. You can cut your hair in about three short layers, with the longest one up to the collar and the shortest one about two inches above this one. Tight layers of curls framing your face will make your face look extremely beautiful.

Alternately, you can also clip the front of your hair in a couple of layers for an added flick above your forehead and keep the length of it tied behind. This will add a younger look to your face, and it will also keep your hair out of the way, should you require this. Alternately, you can also leave your hair long and flowing up to the shoulders, once again, in a couple of layers. The thing to keep in mind is that you should not let your hair grow beyond your shoulders. If it is thin, it will appear straggly and stringy. Your best bet will always be to keep your hair short.

Hair Style for Oval Shape Face

An oval shape is usually considered to be the ideal face shape, and most hair styles go quite well with it. The only possible thing to avoid is a hair style that covers your forehead or most of your face, as this may cause your face to look round and your cheeks to look fat. Apart from this you can go for almost any kind of hair style, as long as your hair is not too curly. If you are happy with your long hair, you should probably keep it, but experiment with any new style that you find interesting. Many people would like to grow their hair long but find that it either doesn't grow or is too unmanageable to be worth the trouble.

If you have short, tight curls, you should be more careful with long hair as it is more likely to get tangled and knotted, and then tends to break when you comb it. If you experience this problem, perhaps you need to use a conditioner, or change the conditioner that you currently use. If hair is smooth and soft, it tends to get knotted much less, even if it is frizzy, and knots that do develop are easier to detangle.
