Banana paste is an excellent remedy to use for hyper pigmentation. You should be able to get rid of particularly dark spots by making a mixture of over ripe bananas and fresh milk cream. This can be left on your face for some time till it dries and then it can be rubbed off, as you have correctly stated in your question. You can continue with this method quite successfully and you can also use it as often as you like. The only possible problem is that with more frequent use, you will see quick and good results, but at the same time, once you stop using the treatment, your pigmentation could also return manifold. So you will have to keep at it in order to see positive results. You should ideally not do this more than twice a day. Another extra step you can take is to add a strand of saffron to this mixture. Use saffron that has been soaked overnight in milk so that you get better results. Saffron is a very rich spice that will also lend a beautiful glow to your skin. Using this method at least once a week will help to get rid of even the most stubborn spots of any kind.

However, you should be a little careful while using things like fresh cream and saffron. The reason for this being that if you have oily skin, then these things will only add to the oiliness of your skin. If you have oily skin, you should use yogurt and water instead. Using plain water is good, but you can also use rose water for the same thing. This has cooling properties that will make your skin feel refreshed. Another very useful thing to use for hyper pigmentation is also a face pack made with a paste of fresh collagen rich fruits such as peach and papaya. These will also add towards improving the overall quality of your skin. You can also mix this paste with honey. Honey has excellent healing properties, and it can benefit you with all sorts of problems related to skin. Keep the paste on your face for about 20 minutes or till you start feeling a pulling sensation. Do remember that you need to follow all remedies for a long time before you can hope to see positive results.
