Hair Thinning Treatment

Thinning of hair can occur due to several reasons. Therefore, it is necessary to find out what is the cause in your case. However, no matter what the reason may be doing the following things can be beneficial to you.

  • If you want to color or permine your hair, do it the natural way. Artificial chemical products damage our hair and therefore they may be associated with the thinning of your hair.
  • Massaging the scalp at least twice in a week with an herbal complex 4, or vitamin E is beneficial. This will stimulate the scalp and it opens up the closed follicles as well.
  • Increasing the consumption of water and folic acid (a B-vitamin) is advised by doctors.
  • Pampering the hair and regular conditioning after shampooing also is one of the useful things.
  • Avoid subjecting your hair to extreme conditions as direct sunlight, or hot water during bathing, etc.
  • If baldness has become very prominent, you can consider the various hair replacement systems available these days.
  • However, if all these things do not help then it is better to consult a dermatologist. He can suggest a hair replacement surgery, which has now emerged as a efficient technique to deal with hair loss.

Alternative treatment for hair loss

The first step you can take towards straight hair is to cut it short.  Short hair seldom manages to retain its curls, so this will be an easy solution. It is far more difficult to try and change the basic nature of long hair than that of short hair. However, if you want to have long straight hair, you can try some simple measures for it. The simplest way to straighten your hair is using a straightening iron. Do remember that though his will work very effectively, it is not permanent, and your hair will revert to its true nature when you wash it. To ensure that hair does not curl up, use a basic hair cream to your hair lightly with your fingertips while it is still wet and this will also set your hair to a large extent.

To add weight to your hair, you can also use a basic hair serum, which will add shine and heaviness to your hair. You can also use a hair straightening shampoo for a temporary measure. These are quite easily available over the counter. Choose the appropriate one, after reading instructions carefully. Another method to straighten your hair is also to keep it well conditioned at all times. Conditioner will not really allow hair to take on any shape of its own, and it will stay as set when freshly washed.

Alternative treatment for hair loss

If you have thin and falling hair, you should first try to figure out why it is in this condition. Most of the time, thin hair is a result of general neglect of a routine of any kind for proper hair care. Most of us do not realize that like the teeth, hair also needs a regular regimen of care. If you are having problems with the quality and texture of your hair, the best thing to do is to first cut off the length. Once you make hair shorter, the immediate effect will be an excellent one. Remember that you have cut off the split ends, dead hairs and general unhealthiness from your head.

Once you have accomplished this, follow a regular routine of maintenance. Shampoo every alternate day and use a conditioner to make the health of your hair better. You can also use a shampoo-cum-conditioner product and use other natural conditioners like yogurt on your hair. Applying yogurt to the roots and strands will enrichen the quality of your hair considerably. Make it a point to add a few drops of coconut oil to the yogurt. Leave this mixture on for about two hours and wash. You will see a definite improvement.

Home Treatment for Hair Fall

Hair loss is a very common problem that affects people across the world. There are a number of reasons why you hair might be falling and the most important of these are bad nutritional habits and people who have a folic acid deficiency tend to face maximum hair loss. The other reasons for hair loss include tension, menopause, unclean living conditions, stress, and hair products that do not suit your hair. In addition, you have not mentioned how old you are and this is important because advancing age is also an important cause of hair loss.

To prevent and control hair loss, ensure that you shampoo regularly because a clean scalp is more likely to stay healthy. Ensure that you always use a mild shampoo and conditioner. Massage your hair regularly with olive or almond oil. You can also massage your hair with a mixture of castor oil and almond oil. This mixture will promote hair growth. You should also wrap your hair with a heated towel to ensure that the oil gets absorbed properly into the scalp. Ensure that you are eating a balanced and healthy diet and drinking lots of water. You should also ensure that your iron levels are normal because iron keeps your hair healthy. Remember that brittle and weak hair is quite likely to be one of the signs of an iron deficiency.
