Alternative Treatment for Dry and Wavy Hair

Dry frizzy and wavy hair indicates that you are not taking proper nutrition. Therefore, you can help yourself by providing them with the essential nutrients that they need. Nutrition can be derived from food or through some products which nourish hair directly.

The better of the two methods is deriving these nutrients from the diet itself. You should increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables. Consuming right amount of protein is quite essential to maintain your hair in good condition. The vitamins as E, D, C, B-complex, etc play an important role. The minerals as iron, potassium, and some others are important as well. Proteins are the basic materials of which the hairs are made. Consuming these in the right amount will definitely make your hair soft and healthy.

The above-mentioned method can provide a permanent relief however it will take sometime to show effects. Therefore, you will need some patience while following it. Alternatively, some ready-made products as the hair oils, shampoos, etc, also are available in these days. They are effective as well as quicker in action. They can improve the health of hair within a shorter time. As a temporary solution, you can apply moisturizers, conditioners, hair oils, gels, etc.

Natural treatment for healthy hair

The main problem with dry frizzy hair is abrasion and breakage resulting in hair loss. You will need to be extremely gentle when combing or brushing your hair and never try to detangle your hair by yanking on the knots. To minimize damage and hair loss, make sure that you only use a wide-tooted comb if your hair is still damp. Try to avoid blow-drying your hair regularly and if that is unavoidable, use an Ionic blow-dryer as it will produce better results with less heat (and therefore less damage).

Make sure that you use products that are meant specifically for day and frizzy hair. A lot of the known brands now have hair thickening shampoos and conditioners that contain various proteins as well as amino acids. Oil your hair regularly and try to steam it at least once a month. Steam allows the oil to penetrate the hair shaft thus increasing its effects. You can mix coconut oil, almond oil and a little castor oil and use this oil to massage your scalp regularly. This will help to strengthen your hair as well as prevent further hair fall.

Soak a handful of fenugreek seeds along with a few pieces of chopped Indian gooseberry (Indian Gooseberry) in a glass of water overnight and use this water as a last rinse when washing your hair. This is an easy method to prevent hair loss add and add lustre to your hair.

Alternative Cure for Damaged Hair

You can control your frizzy hair using coconut oil, but remember to not apply too much as it will make your hair look greasy. You can also reduce your hair from being over frizzy by shampooing your hair less frequently, as over shampooing tends to strip your hair of its natural oils. In order to give your hair shine you can apply a mixture of one cup of water and the juice of one lemon and then rinse it off. One of the major causes of hair loss is a lack of nutrition, specifically vitamin b6 and folic acids. Therefore increasing an intake of foods that contain these nutrients will do wonders for the health of your hair and also reduce hair fall. Avoid stress and anxiety as they are one of the major causes of premature greying and hair loss.

There are a variety of home remedies that you can try to remedy your hair loss. Take the yellow part of an egg and massage it into your scalp. Leave it on for about one hour and then rinse your hair afterward. Another remedy that you can try is; apply castor oil to your scalp and onto the hair roots, but avoid getting it into your hair. Cover your hair with newspaper and then tie it up, leave it this way over night and  then wash your hair in the morning .Repeat this procedure every 6- 10 days for effective results.
