Hair Thinning Treatment

As your blood test results, have shown that your hair loss is not because hereditary reason there is no reason for you to worry at all. Your hair may be falling due to some other factors as if you may be subjecting them to some extreme conditions. The things that can cause hair loss is subjecting them to the treatments as thermal reconditioning, use of strong soaps or shampoos, using hot water during bath, etc. frequently combing or pulling the hair as well, physically damages them and therefore they may fall.

Just avoiding certain things can help you stop hair fall. Always use the mild or natural hair care products and techniques. In addition, there are a number of things, which can help you to regain the hair growth rate. Nutrition is the most important among them. Increase the intake of proteins, vitamins as E B- complex, K and A. Drinking plenty of water can also help check hair fall. Some hair care products as hair oils, shampoos, etc will help. A massage to the scalp is a useful thing as well.

Falling Hair Remedies

If you are experiencing sudden and acute hair loss as you describe, the best thing for you to do is consult a trichologist (a scalp and hair doctor) in order to determine what exactly is wrong with your hair. This should be able to eliminate any serious illness or disorder. Nevertheless, there are some simple measures you can follow at home which will at least stop your hair from falling further.

The most effective remedy to grow new hair is to apply the juice of freshly grated onions mixed with some honey to your scalp. Leave this on for about 15 minutes and then wash off with plain water. Let your hair dry out and then use a mild, preferably herbal shampoo on it. Onions are known for their property to be able to regrow hair from the roots. You can also soak a tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in a large mug of water overnight and rub this water into your scalp the next morning. This can be left till it dries. You would have to follow this remedy for at least a month before you notice results. You can also apply warm castor oil or olive oil to your scalp, leave it overnight and wash it off the next morning. Make this a weekly routine to strengthen your hair.

Hair loss queries

Hair loss is generally not a serious cause for worry, and is in fact quite a common problem that affects young adults across the world. Since you have already gone in for blood tests, I would also suggest that you go in for tests to check your hormone level, for the simple reason that hair loss in youngsters is most commonly caused by hormonal imbalances. Blood tests very often do not reflect causes for hair loss, so visiting a trichologist would make a lot of sense because he/she would be able to identify and treat your problem, if any.

There are several herbal or traditional remedies that you could try to alleviate the problem. Aloe vera has come to be recognized the world over as one of the most useful of all medicinal herbs or plants, being used to address a wide variety of ailments with high levels of success. Apply an aloe vera paste or gel to your scalp for relief. This helps calm irritated skin and also protects and nourishes the scalp. Another herb that you could try using is ‘Dong Quai'. It was used traditionally by the Chinese, and is regarded as the best bet to halt hair loss and is even believed to regrow hair. The herb is effective because it contains phytoestrogens, which reduce the formation of DHT.
