Your question leads to the assumption that the small water filled bumps are on the arches of your feet. It is assumed that these small bumps are what cause the itching and irritation. In order to determine the cure for this problem, you need to first figure out the nature of the problem. And in order to get to the nature of the problem, you need to consult a doctor. With a problem like this one, it can only be assumed that you are suffering from what is commonly known as Fish Eyes. This is the generic name given to small bumps of all kinds. Since it is extremely difficult to identify the exact nature of the bumps that have appeared on the soles of your feet, you can apply a variety of treatments to them. To start with, you should make a thick paste of clarified butter and turmeric powder and apply this to the soles of your feet. Try to leave it on for as long as you can. This is a terrific way to heal any and all kinds of ailments, as both of these products have exceptional healing properties and are used to heal all sorts of indeterminate things.

It is possible that you are simply suffering from heat boils. Should this be the case, an excellent method to use for this is to make a paste of sandalwood powder and rose water and apply it to the soles of your feet. Spread this thinly and leave this mix on till it dries and becomes flaky. After this stage is reached, it can simply be brushed off your feet. Apart from taking care of heat boils there are also a few other things that can be cured using this method. If your boils are not painful, you can also try to gently exfoliate them from the soles of your feet. But be very careful that you are not rough while doing this. You do not want to take chance that you may burst them and cause further problems instead of curing them. Generally, for all problems that lead to itching, you should apply a thin layer of hydrogen peroxide to the skin. This will sanitize your skin and will help with treating any infections that may be present. If these boils burst on their own then it is a good sign. But under no circumstances should you lance or pierce them.
