Dry Hair Treatment with Conditioner

If you have a bit dry hair, you will have to take good care of your hair. Using hair nutritional oils, shampoos and hair conditioners, you can solve this problem. If you try to keep your existing hair healthy, they will automatically look great. The only thing required for this is your commitment for that and will to spend some of your daily time in it. You will have to massage your scalp with the fingertips daily to stimulate the blood circulation to your hair. You can also massage your scalp by inverting your head when you shampoo your hair. For conditioning your hair, use rose oil while massaging your scalp and then wash them with tea made from sugar. You can also comb your hair gently in the morning and at night daily. The daily combing helps to break up the tough oils that choke up the hair follicles. Dryer's heat can harm your hair, so while using blow dryers, always keep the heat away from your hair and scalp. If the problem is severe, you can also go to your health care provider for consulting the problem of your hair. Your diet should be balanced and you should eat proteins and calcium rich foods regularly.

Natural Methods to Cure Dry Hair

Hair that is "a bit" dry can be extremely well taken care of at home, without using any chemical products. To begin with, make it a practice to stop using blow dryers or curling and straightening irons in your hair at once. This will take care of most of the problem. You can also begin with a basic maintenance program to take care of the dryness on a long-term basis, and ensure that it does not recur. Dry hair can be conditioned with almost any oil. You can choose from coconut, amla (Indian gooseberry), lavender, almond or castor oil. Apply warm oil to your hair and scalp and leave it on overnight. Wash the next morning. All these oils will add shine and vitality to your hair.

You can beat a whole egg with two tablespoons of olive oil thrown in. Apply this, leave it on for an hour and wash with a mild shampoo. This will help to condition your hair and make it look shiny and silky. Mix coconut oil and lime to take care of dry hair. A cup of milk cream with a tablespoon of lavender oil whipped and rubbed into your scalp will nourish the hair from its roots. It will become sleek, glossy and healthier.

Dry hair home cures

Conditioning your hair will do wonders to remedy dry hair. There is a variety of easy to use conditioners that you can find at home or purchase easily at your local grocery store. Normally the best way to condition dry hair is natural oil. You can use olive oil or almond oil. Warm the oil a bit and then massage your scalp with the oil for about five to ten minutes. Leave it on for about an hour and then wash it off with shampoo. Use a conditioner if you like after shampooing. The oil helps nourish your scalp and keep you hair healthy. Follow the routine at least twice a week for effective conditioning.

The most widely used treatment for conditioning has been mayonnaise. It's a simple procedure and all you have to wash and towel dry your hair. Take half a cup of mayonnaise and massage it well into your scalp. Leave it for about 15 minutes. After which shampoo your hair again and lightly rinse it while doing so. The mayonnaise contains egg which helps bring out the bounce and shine in your hair. Mayonnaise is normally more effective than most conditioners found in most stores and has no side effects.
