Remedies for pimples

If you are using a cream that is causing redness, your first bet is to stop using that cream. This will help you to control your situation at once. Once you have stopped using the cream, and your red spot has disappeared completely, you can actually begin a proper course of treatment in order to get rid of pimples on your nose. If you have pimples gathering on and around your nose, then it could be that you have an excessively oily T-Zone. The T-Zone of the face is the nose, chin and forehead, which together form the letter 't'. This is a fairly common problem and can be dealt with easily.

The first thing you would need to do is start exfoliating your face regularly with an exfoliating scrub meant for oily skin. This will slough off the dead skin layers and oil and bring forth fresh skin. You can also make an effective scrub by mixing yogurt, dried and ground orange peels and a few walnuts to scrub your face. This will work very effectively as well. To get rid of pimples, you can also apply a paste of sandalwood and rose water. This will help considerably, and you can repeat it as often as thrice a day. You can also make a face pack of yogurt, gram flour and a few drops of lime juice and apply a thin layer of this to your face. Leave it on till it is semi-dry and then rub it off with your hands. This will cleanse and sanitize your face completely, and will not let pimples recur.

Acne on nose remedies

The problem of acne or pimples is not a surface problem as it involves the blocking of the sebaceous glands in the skin therefore, to effectively treat it you will need to eat a proper diet, exercise well and drink a lot of water. The best possible solution to reduce the inflammation is; discontinuing the use of the cream and to allow the inflammation to subside itself. The over the counter creams used to treat acne often contain harsh chemicals and when used in excess or large amounts, the chemicals irritate the skin and hence cause inflammation.

You can however try remedies like tea tree oil and strawberry leaves. These are natural cures and the chances of it having side effects are relatively lower. Tea tree oil has potent anti bacterial properties and helps effectively fight the acne causing bacteria. Strawberry leaves are also used by taking them in a bowl and soaking it (leaves) and placing it on the patches of acne. The remedy has used during the Egyptian civilization and costs close to nothing to use. Finally, it is important that you follow this in combination with a healthy diet and carry on the treatment for at least two or three weeks for effective results.
