Carrot juice and rose water are probably not effective because neither is acidic enough to probably work with you skin. You need to use a much stronger acid that can be found at home or you need to switch to something synthetic but all of this depends on how bad the pimple attack is right now.

An understanding of why pimples form is probably required. As you reach puberty and through your teenage years, the hormonal changes in you are sometimes a shock for the body and one of the manifestations of that is acne, visible because of pimples. What happens is that the sebaceous glands of the skin secrete too much sebum, a natural body oil and moisture protector. Sometimes the sebum is in such huge quantities that the body cannot get rid of it fast enough. The sebum keeps collecting and when mixed with other impurities like dead skin cells and dirt, forms a plug in the pore. Sebum also contains bacteria which then causes an infection. The body's immune response calls on the white blood cells to attack and destroy the infection and this is what causes the pimple to form. Usually pimples only stay on the skin for a few days and disappear but they can leave some scarring and in extreme cases even causes ridges in cracks in the skin disfiguring the face forever. When things get this bad a visit to the doctor is required to start a dose of antibiotics.

For now, you need to start switching to a more powerful cleaning medium like lime juice that contains citric acid. Make a solution of honey and lots of lime juice. Use some sugar as an abrasive. Apply this solution all over your face and leave it there for about five minutes. After five minutes, take the sugar crystals and rub then in circles around the face as a means of gently sandpapering off the dead skin on your face. This process does two things, it removes dead skin that could clog the pores and the lime juice has a deep cleansing effect on the pores. The honey is the antibacterial medium. Though mild it is quite effective to use on the face. Apply a good moisturizer after this so that the skin won't feel the need to over secrete sebum. Alternatively, a light smattering of powder on your face will eliminate any excess oil production.
