Acne natural remedies

Masturbation does not cause pimples or any other health problem, and is an entirely safe activity. As long as you do not compulsively masturbate or neglect your other activities, you can continue to masturbate without worry.

Pimples are caused by blockages of skin pores, which results in a build up of sebum under the skin. Sebum is the oily substance that is secreted by the sebaceous glands under the skin in order to protect the skin. Getting rid of pimples is quite difficult, especially when it is a chronic problem, which often happens between the ages of 12 and 22. However, with a combination of home remedies, over the counter treatments, and some general precautions, it is usually possible to limit the problem, if not entirely solve it.

Firstly, you should never scratch or burst your pimples, as this can result in infection, and later in scarring. In fact, avoid touching the pimples as far as possible, except when you wash your face, which should be done gently, several times a day. Applying a mixture of honey and turmeric powder to your face is also helpful, and you can wash this off with rose water. In addition, using an ointment that contains salicylic acid will be quite effective. Note that any treatment for pimples works very slowly, so you need to continue following this regimen for at least a month or two before you notice results.

Pimple natural remedies

Pimples on the face are an extremely common occurrence, especially during adolescence, when your hormones are all acting up and sending all manner of signals to your body. The first thing you must know is that there is no connection of any kind between masturbation and pimples. Scientifically, one cannot be the cause for another. Putting this notion out of your mind, you can move to the process of taking care of your pimples.

For most part, the cause of pimples is oily skin, which is caused due to dead cells that refuse to shed and clog your pores, leading to pimple formation. The first thing to do is take care of oily skin. Make it a routine to exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. You can make a scrub with crushed walnuts and yogurt, which is extremely good for oily skin, and use this for exfoliating. Grind walnuts to a sandy coarseness and mix yogurt till you get a grainy paste. Scrub this all over your face in gentle circular motions to exfoliate dead skin. This will also open your pores and allow your skin to flush toxins more easily, thus getting rid of excessive oil deposits. You can also try using a face pack once a week. Make a pack of dried and ground orange peels and yogurt and leave it on your face for about 30 minutes, or till it dries, and wash with water.
