Premature Hair Graying Treatment

Premature graying of hair is an unusual thing. This condition requires immediate attention. Research has shown that smoking is responsible for causing early graying to some extent. Hence, you must stop smoking in case you have just started it. B12 deficiency is one of the main causes of premature gray hair. You should also get enough calcium and vitamin C everyday to avoid grey hair at an early age. Curry leaves are useful to prevent premature graying of your hair. They strengthen your hair to a great extent. You should put curry leaves in your coconut oil and then boil it. This oil is considered to be the best tonic for your hair and when applied on hair daily will definitely help you retain your hair for years to come. You can also massage your scalp with the butter that is made from cow's milk. It is necessary to clean hair on a regular basis. An unclean scalp can give rise to grey hair. Drink butter milk regularly. Eat food that is rich in iodine such as carrots, banana and fish. Massage your hair everyday with lemon juice and coconut oil. Have dark green vegetables as they are rich in minerals and iron. All these foods prevent hair graying.

Grey hair treatment

Hair turns gray when the hair roots stop producing pigment — the individual hairs are not actually gray but white or colorless, however the mixture of gray and white on the head gives the impression of gray color. This usually happens after the age of 30. However, some people have hair that is mostly black even when they are approaching 50, while others start graying well before they reach the age of 30.

To some extent, this can be caused by diet and environmental factors. A deficiency of minerals or vitamins, or even general malnutrition may reduce the body's ability to produce melanin, thus causing hair to turn gray. This is a problem that can be easily prevented by ensuring that your diet is complete and well balanced. In some cases however, gray hair can be caused by some other disorder, such as pernicious anemia. There is unfortunately no surefire way to protect yourself from the millions of disorders that exist. The best you can do is to eat well, stay active, and avoid stress. One other factor that can cause hair to turn gray prematurely is smoking, so if you want to avoid premature graying, you should avoid smoking.

To some extent however, graying of hair is determined by genetics, so if it is in your genes to turn gray at the age of 25, there is nothing you can do about it.
