Naural care for hair care If you want to have thick hair, the first thing you must do is to increase your intake of vitamin A. this would include fresh fruits and vegetables and their juices. Your diet must have at least five servings of vegetables and fruits like peach, papaya, carrots, musk melon, jujubes, apples, pumpkin and squash. These contain nutrients that will enrich your hair considerably. Do not imagine that if you have oily hair, it does not need any conditioning – this is one of the biggest and most misleading myths of all times. Even if your hair is oily, it still needs to be conditioned at least once a week. You can pick up a conditioner from any shop for this or you can make your own.
Make a pasty mix of henna powder and yogurt and apply this to your hair and scalp about once a month to ensure that you condition your hair well. Be careful with using henna, as this is also a natural dye which may stain your hair reddish brown. You can also apply a mixture of milk cream and olive oil to your hair roots and strands and let it remain for about an hour. Wash with regular shampoo and your will see the difference in your hair. Do remember that you may have to follow these remedies for at least a month to three months to see results.
