Spotting on the skin could indicate that either you have a case of freckles or that you have liver or age spots. These can occur and recur at any age and therefore have to be looked at carefully to ensure that they do not reappear again.

Freckles are a genetic inheritance that we get from our lineage and are very distinctly a Caucasian trait. The spots themselves are nothing but a collection of melanin in the skin that has been exposed to the sun and oxidized to become darker. This follows that every time you go out in the sun, you end up with freckles some time later and they never go away. Liver spots on the other hand are an indication of skin aging and therefore are more appropriately called age spots. With continuous exposure to the sun, the skin loses its ability to correct and repair damage. this leads to the formation and appearance of liver spots. They look like brown blemishes on the skin and over time can even become black. Just as with freckles, these spots are areas that are concentrated with melanin and therefore the hyperpigmentation.

The usual way to treat either of these conditions is to either use creams and bleach the areas or go in for cosmetic treatments. These treatments can include the use of laser, intense pulsed light, dermabrasion, chemical peels, and cryotherapy. All these methods attempt to injure the skin at the specific area so that when the skin heals, it heals without the oxidized melanin. Since you mentioned that you have tried all types of creams and they irritate your skin, you could also try a topical alternative that is basically a natural remedy. Most creams use ingredients like hydroquinone and Tretinoin to bleach the area. A natural alternative for these is Vitamin C, which are found abundantly in lemons and onions. The procedure to bleach is rather simple. All you need to do is to dice an onion finely and then squeeze the juice out of it. Once you have collected all the juice, squeeze a lemon into the mixture as well and you will have a vitamin C rich mixture. Apply this to the areas of spotting like a coat of paint, repeat this procedure a few times before washing off, and then apply a cream that contains vitamin E in it. You could even cut open a Vitamin E capsule and apply this to your skin.
