Gray hair cures

Graying at the age of 26 would qualify as premature graying. This is a rare occurrence, but not completely uncommon. One of the first things you should know about it is that in all likelihood, it is caused by heredity, and therefore very little can be done about it. The only thing you can do effectively is to try and arrest the growth of grey hairs. The body produces a natural hair dye, a chemical known as melanin. It is possible that your body needs an extra surge of this particular chemical. You can consult with a doctor and take supplemental pills to add melanin to your body. This will arrest the problem of graying where it stands.

You must also generally increase your intake of vitamin A, which is very important to maintain good hair health. Carrots, especially, are considered to be very useful in maintaining healthy hair. You can also apply carrot juice to your hair. If you want to get rid of the grey hair on a short term basis and not resort to using artificial hair dye, you can apply henna to your hair. Henna will stain your hair strands red or black, depending on which kind of henna you choose to apply. Both varieties of henna are available in powder form quite easily.

 Gray hair remedies

Premature greying of hair is generally attributed to genetics but it could also be due to stress, malnutrition and illnesses. There is no defined reason for early greying of hair – while some people start greying very early others have shiny black hair till their late years. It is thus important to nourish your hair with a balanced diet rich in Vitamin a, Vitamin B, proteins and minerals like zinc, iron and copper. A healthy diet promotes healthy hair. Also drink plenty of water to keep your hair moisturised and healthy and massage your scalp regularly with coconut oil and lemon to prevent greying.

You can make a herbal shampoo at home by boiling 10 to 12 rithas and 3 to 4 pods of acacia concinna after soaking them overnight in 1 pint of water. Strain this mixture and use it regularly to wash your hair. A natural conditioner can be prepared by soaking 10 to 12 Indian gooseberry (Indian gooseberry) in half a cup of water overnight. Pour some of this mixture in your hair after shampooing and leave it for a few minutes before rinsing it. Regular application of Indian gooseberry paste on the scalp also not only reduces greying but is also know to reverse signs of early greying and hair fall. Rinsing your hair with a cup of strong black tea or even espresso can work wonders on your hair and leaving it looking shiny and black. Follow this with a simple water rinse for best results.
