Oily hair and dandruff cures Your problem is a fairly common one, and it most probably has very little to do with oil. The kin d of problem you describe affects people who live on the coast, or in densely populated and over polluted areas. The “oiliness” you suffer from is actually an accumulation of dust, dirt, moisture and humidity. This will generally tend to leave your hair greasy and sticky, sometimes even in a day after washing it. The point is that if you are facing the problem of very dry hair just after a wash, it is likely that your hair is not well conditioned.
You should first make certain that you condition your hair properly and that it does not reach this state, otherwise, it will lose quantity and quality over a period of time. Try to use a shampoo that has been specially formulated fro dry scalp if you do not wish to use a conditioner separately. These kinds of shampoos will most likely already have conditioner added to them. Also, choose an herbal and mild one, because you must switch to washing your hair every alternate day to avoid excessive oiliness from accumulating on your scalp. You should also make it a point to apply oil to your hair roots and strands for at least an hour before washing, as this will prevent dryness, and at the same time condition your hair very well.
