Stopping hair growth on face, upper lips and neck using temporary and permanent techniques like laser surgery and waxing

I have lots of hair grown on my face, upper lips and neck area. How can I remove them without using creams or waxing?

Removing hair from the areas that you mentioned is actually best done by the very methods that you also mentioned. The reason why these are the best ways to do away with unwanted hair in the places that you mentioned are because the continued use of these methods will stop coarse hair growth in the area altogether. However, if these methods were not favorable then you would have to use methods that are more advanced like laser surgery.

Laser surgery is one of the most popular quick fixes that are being used by cosmetic surgeons today. This is because they are painless, are almost completely non-invasive, and give better results than older treatments. Laser therapy is also getting more famous for its use in treating other problems of the skin, which were otherwise untreatable. Some of these conditions include liver spots, hyperpigmentation, acne, scarring, just to name a few. Laser surgery works by firing a powerful laser into the hair follicles and destroying them. This ensures that the hair never grows back. There might be some skin irritation that occurs after the surgery but that is a temporary situation that passes within a day. Another suggestion that is worth a try or even permanently implementing is the alternative to waxing, which is called sugaring. Sugaring basically uses the same technique as waxing but does not involve the use of wax. Instead, sugar syrup mixed with orange juice is used as the adhesive medium. The mixture is boiled and brought to the viscosity of a very thick molasses-like consistency. While the mixture is still warm, it is applied to the skin and a porous cloth like denim is applied over the skin. The cloth is then ripped off in a similar way that is done in waxing and the offending hairs come right out.

You might also want to consult an endocrinologist about the hair in the areas that you mentioned. This is a suggestion that you should consider if the hair appears to be of the same consistency as public hair. If this is the case then you might have a hormone imbalance that needs to be addressed. Whenever a hormone imbalance occurs in a woman's body - specifically when androgens (which are the male hormones) are in larger quantities than estrogens, this condition along with resurgent acne can develop. To ensure that this and not any other issue is the underlying cause, a trip to the doctor would be advisable.
