Ingrown toenail cures An ingrown toenail can become a very serious problem if it is left untreated. As the condition of your nail deteriorates, you will be forced to walk with a limp, which in turn can result in several other foot and back problems (due to the improper distribution of your body weight). Should your nail get infected, you may have to have it surgically removed. If you are experiencing mild discomfort, you are still in the initial stages and you can still treat it effectively at home. Most podiatrists recommend soaking your feet in a basin of warm water to which a pinch of Epsom salts has been added. Do this twice or thrice a day to relieve discomfort and prevent infection. You can massage your toe using an anti antibiotic cream to reduce the swelling and prevent infection. In all probability, your nail will grow out normally and you can then trim it as usual. Although it is perfectly safe to treat an uninfected nail at home, make sure that you visit your local doctor/ podiatrist at the first sign of infection. You will never face this problem again, if you make sure that while trimming your nails, your nail is never shorter than the flesh surrounding it.
A French pedicure is essentially the traditional French manicure done on your feet! A French pedicure uses a thin coat of white nail polish to highlight only the tips of each toe nail while leaving the rest of the nail unpainted.
