Grey hair cures Although most people generally start graying in their30s, it is not uncommon for it to start earlier. Although graying has a genetic basis, an extreme nutritional deficiency can aggravate the condition. In rare cases, some diseases (like progeria, hyper/hypo-thyroidism, osteopenia) can cause premature graying. If you have been feeling dizzy or nauseous, make sure that you visit your local doctor as soon as possible. Some studies have shown that smoking may cause premature graying and smokers are four times more likely to suffer from premature graying as compared to non-smokers.
Indian gooseberry (Amla) is commonly used to prevent premature graying or slow its progress. Cut the fruit into tiny pieces and let it dry in the shade. Once it has dried completely, crush it completely and add this to a cup of Virgin coconut oil. Boil this mixture completely until only a fine powder remains at the bottom. Use this oil regularly to arrest further graying. You can chop an Amla into small pieces and soak it overnight in a glass of water. Use this water as a last rinse when you wash your hair.
You can also use a hair dye that has soft natural tones. In case you are worried about it being noticeable, you can opt for natural dark brown colours instead of jet black. Experiment with different brands and colours until you find one that suits you best.
