Bushy eyebrows can be a very distorting factor on a persons overall looks. Much like any other follicle of hair, the hair that makes up the eyebrows can be significantly stimulated by heat and moisture. Well maintained eyebrows can have a very aesthetically appealing nature and are known to cause much embarrassment and emotional distress when bushy or overgrown. Most people will go to a salon to take care of the problem. The salon attendants are usually professionally trained as well as have a tremendous amount of experiences on not only how to shape the eyebrows, but also to make sure they are shaped in a way that accentuates other important qualities like the eyes. Most often, bushy eyebrows are dealt with using two prominent and trusted methods. These methods are waxing and trimming. Despite waxing being the costlier alternative, it is the more effective option, especially when the hair has a tendency to grow back extremely fast just like in your case. Waxing your eyebrows is rather more complicated that waxing any other part of your body because if you remove too much of the hair, you might need artificial accessories to make the damage less prominent. As a result, it is recommended that you allow a professional stylist to perform the necessary procedures. Initially, you may need to wax your eyebrows as often as once in three weeks but, depending on the rapidity of hair growth, this would change after some time. A number of saloons will also have the option of eyebrow threading. However, this may not be an option if your eyebrows are too thick. The method incorporates the trapping of a hair follicle in twisted thread, allowing it to be pulled out from the roots.

Bushy eyebrows are a feature that is also quite common in men. With more men interested in improving their looks than ever before, the saloons also have an option for men to get their eyebrows worked upon. While most of the time waxing and threading methods are not used, the treatment is concentrated on trimming the eyebrows and reducing the untidy and unruly look.

Avoid trying to perform any of these methods at home on your own if you are unaware of the precise techniques used in the attempted method as this could lead to worsening the condition considerably. Tweezers are most commonly used to pluck out unruly hair, but you could make the eyebrows look very shoddy while also damaging the skin holding the hair in place.
