The condition of a person's hair can tell the story of their entire nutritional regime. The hair is made up of cells very similar to those of the skin and will generally reflect the overall health of the person. If the body is not getting its correct dosage of vitamins and nutrients, the hair will reflect this as well. Hence, if you have rough hair, finding out what type of water is the best option for its management is probably the least of your worries. In today's world, it is essential that you take good overall care of your hair as it can be the crowning glory of your first impression or the worst memory of the first impression. In almost any store you will see a number of hair care products that are specifically designed to make your hair more manageable. However, it is important to choose which product to use carefully. Every individual's hair is distinct in its own way. Various factors like genetics, nutrition, stress, chemical imbalance within the body and hormones can all play a part in how your hair will react to any of these brands of conditioners, shampoos and hair care products. As a result, what works for one person will not necessarily work for you. As mentioned, the nutritional diet of a person will also play an important role in the conditioning of your hair because, if the body lacks iron, iodine or any essential B vitamins, the same will reflect in your hair. So if the conditioner and shampoos don't seem to have a substantial effect, you might need to change your approach towards hair care and improve your diet in order to be able to supply your hair with the required nutrients it needs, through the bloodstream.

Since your hair is dry and rough, you could try to create a mixture by using two tablespoons of gram flour for every cup of coconut milk and apply this to your hair and massage it into the scalp. Use this method once a week for best results. Another option you could use is to add a teaspoon of lavender oil to some coconut oil and heat the mixture for a few seconds. Massage this into the scalp at night and wash it out the next morning with the help of a shampoo. Continue using this remedy twice a week for soft and shiny hair. Also try to increase your daily intake of zinc as it tends to be the most common cause of dry, malnourished hair.
