Blisters can be an extremely irritating, painful as well as inconvenient problem to be afflicted with. Apart from the obvious pain that they cause, they also severely affect your choice and sense of dressing because of any course material like cloth comes in contact with the blister, it can hurt very badly. Skin problems like blisters can be normally caused by a number of factors. You can get them by exposing your legs and feet to an extraordinary amount of moisture like wearing cotton socks and non - vented shoes which will cause the sweat created by more than 125,000 sweat glands in the region to build up the moisture content. This moisture is then absorbed by the skin which makes the skin layer soft and tender which causes it to become more likely to stick to your socks and rub against the shoes. Just as with high moisture content, exposing your feet to excessive heat will also cause them to become soft and cause them to react against any kind of irritant or material. When the soft tissue of your feet and legs become soft and start to rub against another surface, the friction will cause the blister to develop. Since you have identified that you notice the blisters appearing most commonly after you eat white flour, the most likely of reason for your condition points to a food allergy. However, for confirmation of the same it is suggested that you visit a licensed doctor or pediatrician in your area so that a physical examination of the foot can be undertaken and the exact cause can be ascertained.

When you notice the blisters coming up, it is best to treat them right away. Most often, the main route for treatment is to take proper skin care and make sure that the blisters do not interrupt your daily life to a significant level. Most people believe that simply covering the blister with a band aid will help significantly. However, if you were to taper up the middle and form a tent so the cone slides over the blister, this would protect the blister as well as give it the air it needs for a speedy recovery. Skin care tips if you notice that the blister is about to burst and decide to proactively pop it, you need to take precautions such as wiping the blister as well as a sewing needle thoroughly with alcohol to sterilize it and then prick the blister near its edge and drain the fluid out.
