The oily skin seems to be the primary cause of all the skin problems that you are currently facing. Pimples are quite distressing for most teenagers nowadays, and the appearance of dark spots in addition would be quite traumatic. It is essential, however, to understand the root cause of any problem so that you can go about correcting it in the right way. Under the skin, lie a set of sebaceous glands which produce the natural oils, called Sebum, that help protect the skin as well as prevent an excess amount of water being lost from the body by way of evaporation. The sebum is transported from the sebaceous glands to the upper layers of the skin via the skin pores. If the sebaceous glands produce too much sebum, a blockage in the pores could occur. If this were to happen, the continuous production of sebum would start to build up behind the blockage and, on the upper layers of the skin, would start to form a pimple. The blockage could also arise from a particle of dust getting lodged into the pore which is something that could, again, be attributed to oily skin, which has a tendency to attract and retain foreign particles at a much higher rate than normal skin. At times, people tend to burst these pimples proactively, but this is extremely ill advised as the result will be a permanent scar on your face where the pimple once was.
In your case, the best way to take care of all the conditions is to treat the oily skin. You could create a clay mask by mixing two tablespoons of green clay with a couple of drops of lemon juice, a teaspoon of honey and two drops of lavender oil along with one tablespoon of plain yogurt. Add a sufficient amount of water and mix it into a creamy paste. Let the mixture dry before you apply it over the face and neck areas making sure you leave the skin around the eyes. Rinse the mask off your face with lukewarm water after the mixture has dried. You could also reduce the oil content of your skin by creating a paste using lemon juice, turmeric powder and flour and apply it all over the face, again leaving the areas around the eyes. Let the paste dry and then rinse the mask off. Honey is a great natural moisturizer that, when applied in a thin layer over the face, will also help reduce the oil content.
