Get long hair fast and reduce hair graying

I am 15 years old. I want hair to grow longer as they do not grow much. Also, hair is becoming gray from the upper and backward portion of my head. Please give suggestions to stop premature graying of hair?

Premature graying of the hair can be a rather startling experience at a time when there are a lot of new developments in your body. Generally accepted as a sign of aging, the sudden occurrence of grey hair can sometimes lead to emotional as well as mental distress. It is important, though, to understand the underlying cause of the development and to treat it, as it could be a symptom of an allergy or even a more serious underlying medical condition. Your concerns of grey hair as well as hair that does not grow and appears stunted, seem to stem from either an inadequate diet plan or a stress related issue. With regards to a diet plan, it is essential that your daily intake includes some leafy green vegetables as well as plenty of vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and nutrients. A fortified breakfast cereal every morning will help you get most of these into your system. It is also a good idea to include some fibrous fruits and vegetables in your diet as they have been quite beneficial when dealing with hair problems. If you have an excessive intake of substances like caffeine, coffee, alcohol or even spicy or oily food, you may need to reduce the levels as they play some part in the conditions you face. Stress is another factor that could greatly influence the development of gray hair as well as stunted growth. Stress can put a lot of pressure on the scalp tissue, which will then start to strangle the roots of the hair follicles and prevent the hair from receiving its essential nutrition and supplies of vitamins and nutrients.

It is important to remember that average human hair will grow at a rate of ½ an inch very month. By the time your hair is about 12 inches long, it has already been around for 2 years and is likely to have suffered a lot of damage. The important thing is to look after your hair by regularly applying hot oil treatments to replenish its strength, thereby giving it the energy to grow at its best possible rate. To get rid of the gray hair, you could cut a fruit of Indian gooseberry into a few pieces and soak them in coconut milk for about four days. After that, boil the mixture until all that remains is a black residue. Applying the black oil to your hair has shown to be quite effective in returning color to the hair.
