Remedy to clear up cyst on the face

How do I quickly clear up a cyst on my face? Also, I think some of the products I was using to help dry out the area caused that area to have red dry patches...How do I also clear that up? THANKS!!

Cysts are little lumps that appear generally around head, neck and back region with no noted pain.

Don’t touch or squeeze the cyst. Soak a clean cotton cloth in warm water and apply it over the cyst several times a day. This will help the contents in the cyst to ooze out. Clean the contents with cotton and wash the area properly.
Stop using the product which caused red patches, it might not be suitable for your skin type, and thus is not serving the purpose.

Visit a dermatologist to treat it with medication, in case if the cyst is paining or growing large.
