Dry and damaged hair problem can be solved using hot oil treatment of coconut oil

Should I use Yoghurt or Henna for dry hair? After using shampoo it becomes unmanageable and if apply conditioner it becomes too silky. I want healthy and heavy hair.

While a lot of people face a lot of frustration by having oily and unmanageable hair, the other end of the spectrum, where you have dry hair, is not much better. Dry hair also is extremely unmanageable and can lead to a number of bad hair days. The secret to good hair is somewhere in the middle and almost every one of us craves it at some point or another in our lives. The hair becomes dry when it dos not receive the right amount of nutrition, enough oil to nourish it or even the right kind of natural hair care products to care for it. Choosing hair care products can be very tricky because, as a result of their chemical contents, your hair can react very negatively to it. Dry hair can also greatly increase the likelihood of split ends which will make your hair look extremely thin and stringy. Dry hair can be caused by a number of factors including an extensive amount of time being exposed to the sun, salt water, chlorine, over shampooing or even the excessive use of hair care appliances like curling irons and heat rods. These appliances subject the hair to an intense amount of heat which causes it to lose a lot of its strength. Never use these products too frequently and even if it is vital that you use them, make sure you apply a good heat resistant cream to your hair before the procedure.

A natural way to repair any damage done to your hair is to regularly use hot oil treatments. Heat up some coconut oil and then extensively massage it into your scalp as well as over the hair. Once done, wrap a hot towel over your hair to activate the hair healing properties of the coconut oil. After some time, wash your hair out with cold water. This therapy has been used down the years and has proved particularly useful in repairing extensively damaged hair and replenishing its strength, thereby allowing it to grow more freely. If you have noticed any split ends in your hair, there is only one way to get rid of them. A nice hair cut will not only rid you of those stringy hair follicles but will also give your hair a nice bounce. Always make sure that you drink plenty of water as well as eat a balanced diet with a good amount of proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins, especially vitamin A, C and E.
