I am having some bumps on the surface of nose since many years. I have been treated with injections and some minor surgery known as quatery. But seen no results. Please help, my nose appears big.

As the description of your symptoms seems to be extremely vague, where factors like - how long these bumps have been around, whether they appear to hold any puss or whether they initially developed as a result of some kind of trauma, accident or surgery - are missing, any kind of diagnosis will be largely inconclusive and may have a degree of inaccuracy depending on the answers to these questions. If the bumps appear to be shaped like a dome and shiny, but skin colored, they are likely to be fibrous papules. While most of these lesions are noticed on the nose, some tend to develop in other areas like the chin, cheek, neck, forehead or even the lips. While there are no real medical complications that could arise out of the existence of these, rather dormant, skin lesions, they could be quite detrimental to the overall appearance of a person. With the increasing scrutiny of a person's natural beauty and the easy availability of so many different types of beauty products, it is almost as if society does not expect anyone to have a problem with their looks and the improvement of their appearance. A number of people go to the extent of having cosmetic surgery performed simply to remove the fibrous papules which are not even a medical concern.

Unfortunately, at this time, there are no successful home remedies that will help completely take care of the fibroid papules, however, keeping your skin clean at all times is one of the best ways to avoid a spreading of the problem. Whenever possible, detoxify the skin on the face by placing your head over hot water so that the steam rises up directly into the face. Drape a towel over the head to prevent the stem from rising too fast. This will open up the pores in your skin and cause the cells to start sweating. The excessive sweating will allow all harmful toxins to exit the cells and the body, thus preventing the unchecked spread of the issue. You could also try preparing a mixture of cornstarch, essential oils and baking soda to smoothen the texture of the skin. The use of tea tree oil is also highly recommended as it has shown significant results in dealing with the appearance and health of the skin. Make sure you consume a healthy, balanced diet that is rich in vegetables, fruits as well as plenty of water.
